Talent Solutions Manager- Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Source and engage: actively recruit and build candidate pipelines for professionals in Business, Operations, and Administration.
• Drive sales and expansion: promote Randstad staffing services and leverage recruiting insights to grow relationships and win new business within existing client accounts.
• Strategize and collaborate: use advanced technology to enhance the candidate experience and partner with cross-functional teams to generate quality leads.
• Negotiate and close: effectively negotiate placements to secure matches that satisfy all parties.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience recruiting professional roles.
• 2+ years of professional business experience.
• Highly preferred: background in Business Administration or Office Management.

Pay Rate

• $43,496.00 - $67,299.00 Annually
