Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers through intake sessions to clarify staffing needs and ensure job descriptions accurately reflect required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Source candidates directly in the marketplace and build candidate pools within the relevant geographic markets.
Lead in-depth candidate interviews by phone, video, or in person based on role requirements and complete reference checks.
Maintain strong consultative relationships with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
Negotiate offers in alignment with approved guidelines and pay calculators, finalize the start date with the selected candidate.
Recommend, plan, and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and college recruiting initiatives.
Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
Alternatively, a High School Diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
