Job Description

In this Human Resources Manager role, you’ll shape an accountable, performance-driven culture while guiding HR across recruiting, engagement, compliance, and organizational development in a hybrid environment based in Laredo, Texas.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment initiatives for sales, operations, and leadership positions.
Develop retention and employee engagement strategies.
Support commission structures, compensation plans, and performance management programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
Manage onboarding, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
Support leadership teams with coaching, disciplinary actions, and organizational planning.
Monitor turnover trends and implement corrective action plans.

Requirements

5+ years of HR leadership experience.
Transportation, logistics, or high-volume sales environment experience preferred.
Strong employee relations and recruiting background.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
