Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives for sales, operations, and leadership positions.
- Develop retention and employee engagement strategies.
- Support commission structures, compensation plans, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
- Manage onboarding, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
- Support leadership teams with coaching, disciplinary actions, and organizational planning.
- Monitor turnover trends and implement corrective action plans.
- Build a performance-driven and accountability-focused company culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
- Transportation, logistics, or high-volume sales environment experience preferred.
- Strong employee relations and recruiting background.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
