Palos Garza Logistics offers a flexible schedule, professional development assistance, and relocation support to help you succeed in a fast-growing transportation brokerage. In this Human Resources Manager role, you’ll shape an accountable, performance-driven culture while guiding HR across recruiting, engagement, compliance, and organizational development in a hybrid environment based in Laredo, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives for sales, operations, and leadership positions.
  • Develop retention and employee engagement strategies.
  • Support commission structures, compensation plans, and performance management programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
  • Manage onboarding, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support leadership teams with coaching, disciplinary actions, and organizational planning.
  • Monitor turnover trends and implement corrective action plans.
  • Build a performance-driven and accountability-focused company culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
  • Transportation, logistics, or high-volume sales environment experience preferred.
  • Strong employee relations and recruiting background.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
