SC Johnson is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles from its Racine, Wisconsin location in a hybrid work arrangement. In the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition Recruiter role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners, and stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and pre-screening to partnering with hiring leaders through to offer.
- Work with hiring leaders and internal partners to drive results using a data-driven approach and aligned expectations.
- Lead debrief sessions and provide timely updates on active searches.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, respect, and consistent process follow-through.
- Partner with HRBP and business leaders on strategic talent planning to identify current gaps and future opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to hiring policies and best-practice recruitment guidelines across the process.
- Leverage online recruiting resources to source diverse, top candidates for current roles and critical vacancies.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and tracking requirements, including OFCCP considerations.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop, negotiate, and extend offers within compensation policy guidelines and under the direction of hiring managers.
- Manage expectations and business goals through bi-weekly reviews and stakeholder updates.
- Build relationships across the organization to understand business needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates for future opportunities and stay informed on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or University Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional recruitment experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Experience and Skills
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (advantageous).
- Tech-forward mindset with experience using Workday.
- Experience sourcing via multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Knowledge of recruiting and staffing laws including OFCCP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Job Requirements
- Full-time onsite role in Racine, WI.
- Remote work is available once weekly for eligible employees after a 90-day onboarding period.
- This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
