Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried positions

Build relationships with local schools and workforce development partners
Support initiatives that enhance employer brand in the community
Identify and coordinate the execution of Eagle Cares community support activities
Participate in HR projects and process improvements

Ensure that all food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed; escalate issues as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum two years relevant HR experience
Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee relations
Basic PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email software; ability to learn new software
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
Strong integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
