Based in Sandy, Utah with a hybrid work arrangement, the Talent Acquisition Partner role sits at the intersection of people operations and product development for NiCE. This position leads end-to-end recruitment for R&D, Infrastructure and Product teams, guides the interview process, and oversees the Greenhouse applicant tracking system to ensure a professional candidate experience from initial outreach through final decision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to recruit for R&D, Infrastructure and Product teams.
- Post openings on the company careers site and create job requisitions.
- Oversee the interview process with hiring managers.
- Maintain Greenhouse ATS to ensure all candidates are tracked.
- Manage the candidate experience from first impression to final interaction, representing NiCE professionally.
- Administer the requisition workflow, including validating job descriptions and securing budget and stakeholder approvals.
- Execute recruiting activities such as crafting effective advertisements, selecting recruiting channels, determining necessary skill sets with hiring managers, sourcing and prescreening candidates, and presenting vetted options.
- Apply best-practice methods to shorten time-to-present qualified candidates and minimize cost per hire, with outside agency recruiters as an exception rather than the norm.
- Administer Greenhouse, maintain a compliant online application system, track interview notes, candidate progress, and final dispositions.
- Conduct reference checks as needed.
- Ensure pre-hire and new-hire paperwork is completed, including background checks and drug screens.
- Continuously develop new recruiting and sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
- Prescreen and interview candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams as appropriate.
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and NiCE policies in all actions.
- Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency experience is a plus, corporate or in-house experience is beneficial.
- Experience working day-to-day with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to operate in a service-driven culture.
- Working knowledge of employment law as it applies to hiring and interviewing.
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn; tech recruiting experience is not required as there is training available for technical roles.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Intermediate experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
