Director of Human Resources - Talent Experience

ALKEME Insurance is seeking a Director of Human Resources - Talent Experience to steer enterprise-wide talent initiatives from our Sandy, Utah campus. The role focuses on strengthening culture, accelerating leadership development, and driving organizational effectiveness, while guiding acquisition integrations and partnering with executives on workforce strategy. This position sits onsite and plays a pivotal role in aligning talent programs with the company’s growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead enterprise talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
• Develop and refine performance management, career development, and organizational development programs
• Champion employee engagement, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts
• Steer HR integration for mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding, communications, and transition planning
• Collaborate with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and strategic initiatives
• Oversee cross-functional HR transformation projects, streamline processes, and manage change
• Produce executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations using workforce analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Two years of experience in treasury, banking, accounting, finance, or administrative support preferred
• Experience with ACH transactions, wire transfers, Positive Pay, or banking platforms is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Eagerness to learn treasury operations and contribute to continuous process improvement
