Job Description

Itoh Denki USA, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead people operations in a hands-on, onsite role based in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on shaping a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace by guiding talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and adherence to employment laws.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and a positive workplace culture.
Attract new talent, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding processes.
Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and leave policies in compliance with FMLA and OSHA.
Ensure legal compliance on employment and labor law updates.
Manage contracts, policies, and update the company handbook accordingly.
Back up for payroll processing using ADP to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, HR program management, and change management initiatives to foster continuous improvement.
Other duties as provided.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with Kronos for accurate compensation processing.
Knowledge of HR compliance standards across multiple states.
Other duties as provided.
Must be present in the office. Not a remote position.
