Overview
St. Martin Early Learning Center seeks a highly organized, motivated, and personable Recruiter to lead employee recruitment while supporting family enrollment and community outreach. This onsite position ensures full staffing of qualified educators and strong enrollment support for prospective families. The role carries a salary of $40,000 to $44,000 per year and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience along with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms, including Indeed.
- Source, screen, and communicate with qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring documentation.
- Conduct employment reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
- Ensure all required employment documentation, clearances, and certifications are completed and accurate before hire.
- Assist with recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Build relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations to attract candidates.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective families regarding enrollment and program availability.
- Guide families through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and waiting lists.
- Assist with enrollment documentation and child file management.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor classroom availability and enrollment needs.
- Maintain confidential employee and enrollment records.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Support the leadership team with recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate databases and personnel files.
