Job Description

Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding, and guiding new hires, while collaborating with Clinic Managers to determine recruitment needs and build a culturally diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

Source candidates, conduct interviews, facilitate onboarding, and track new hires to identify areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential concerns.
Collaborate with Clinic Managers to determine recruitment needs and hiring priorities.
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match them with available positions.
Complete onboarding paperwork, including confirming and verifying identification and work history.
Assist in delivering orientation for all new hires.
Explore development opportunities to recruit, retain, and promote a culturally diverse workforce.
Manage and monitor job postings to ensure accuracy and visibility.

Requirements

Recruiting experience: 1 year required.
Relocation: Must relocate to Pueblo, CO 81005 before starting work (Required).
Autism/ABA hiring experience: 1-2 years preferred.
Job type: Full-time.
Location: Hybrid remote in Pueblo, CO 81005.
Pay: USD 19.00 - 24.00 per hour.
Minimum experience: 1 year in recruiting.

Responsibilities
