Job Description
Cesna Recruitment invites an experienced HR leader to oversee all aspects of human resources, including payroll and training, and to establish a sustainable foundation for the organization’s growth. This onsite role in Pueblo, CO offers a competitive annual salary of USD 90,000 to 130,000, a Bachelor’s degree requirement, and a path to senior HR leadership within an industrial environment. The position emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and structured, policy-driven people operations to support long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen the organization’s HR function to drive continuous improvement and sustainable practices.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations and HR administration to ensure smooth operations.
- Produce and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and review all CPs related to the HR team.
- Oversee payroll processing, payroll system implementations, benefits administration, and training initiatives.
- Assist management with policy administration and adherence across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency with HR software and systems as well as MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems; UKG experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience in an industrial environment is essential.
- International mindset and cross-cultural awareness.
- 10+ years of HR management experience.
- Experience managing benefits administration, health and wellness programs, and 401(k) programs.
- Knowledge of KPI concepts and measurement.
- Experience in industrial relations and negotiations.
- Training and development expertise.
- Competence in compensation and benefits design and management.
- Strong organization management capabilities.
