Job Description
Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding, and guiding new hires, while collaborating with Clinic Managers to determine recruitment needs and build a culturally diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates, conduct interviews, facilitate onboarding, and track new hires to identify areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential concerns.
- Collaborate with Clinic Managers to determine recruitment needs and hiring priorities.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match them with available positions.
- Complete onboarding paperwork, including confirming and verifying identification and work history.
- Assist in delivering orientation for all new hires.
- Explore development opportunities to recruit, retain, and promote a culturally diverse workforce.
- Manage and monitor job postings to ensure accuracy and visibility.
Requirements
- Recruiting experience: 1 year required.
- Relocation: Must relocate to Pueblo, CO 81005 before starting work (Required).
- Autism/ABA hiring experience: 1-2 years preferred.
- Job type: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid remote in Pueblo, CO 81005.
- Pay: USD 19.00 - 24.00 per hour.
- Minimum experience: 1 year in recruiting.
