Job Description

Vitalizing Business Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to lead the full-cycle hiring for a Winchester, Kentucky based call center supporting CMS Medicare/Medicaid. This onsite role focuses on attracting, screening, and hiring Customer Service Representatives and other call center staff who meet CMS compliance and service-excellence standards. The position combines high-volume recruiting with regulatory awareness in a dynamic healthcare support environment.

Compensation

Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year. Location: Winchester, Kentucky (onsite).

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other call center roles
Attract, assess, and hire candidates with the required skills, experience, and commitment to service excellence and CMS compliance
Build the call center's staffing foundation through proactive recruitment and workforce planning
Ensure CMS Medicare/Medicaid compliance requirements related to call center operations (e.g., HIPAA)
Available to work on site at the Winchester, Kentucky location

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in an HR Recruiter role, preferably supporting a high-volume call center or similar operational environment
Strong knowledge of federal and Kentucky state employment laws and regulations
Experience with CMS Medicare/Medicaid compliance requirements related to call center operations (e.g., HIPAA) is required
Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
Available to work on site at the Winchester, Kentucky location
