Human Resources Business Partner

Catalent's Winchester, Kentucky site is seeking a dedicated onsite Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with the HR Manager on employee relations, talent development, and compliance. The role partners with site leadership to translate people strategies into practical programs that support a productive and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for the site, guiding leaders and staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address employee relations, workforce needs, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations matters; conduct investigations and escalate complex or high-risk issues to HR leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including FMLA, ADA, and leave programs; support return-to-work and accommodation processes.
• Support performance management and talent development processes; identify skill gaps and develop solutions with leadership.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Support compensation activities in partnership with HR leadership and Global Compensation; analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent)
• Minimum five years of experience in human resources or related Catalent experience
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment law
• Physical requirements: ability to sit, stand, and walk regularly; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds
