Job Description

PBACO Holding LLC is seeking an entry-level recruiter in Palm Springs, FL to manage high-volume hiring for Patient Access Coordinator call center roles, with growth potential into additional recruiting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Patient Access Coordinator (call center) openings
Review resumes and applications in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
Dispatch and monitor candidate assessments, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers on candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring decisions
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers
Extend verbal and written offers of employment to selected candidates
Keep candidate records and requisition statuses up to date in ADP WFN
Deliver a professional, positive candidate experience aligned with PBACO’s culture and values
Support recruiting for additional roles across the organization as growth occurs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related areas
Genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with substantial phone time
Strong organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously
Professional, positive demeanor with a customer-service mindset toward candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion
