Overview
As a Talent Recruiter for Esler Companies and Renewal by Andersen, you will manage the high volume screening process for a range of non traditional marketing roles. The position relies on a consistent, scripted method to evaluate candidates while maintaining efficiency and a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high volume phone screenings of candidates for various non traditional marketing positions.
- Follow a structured, scripted methodology to assess fit and qualifications.
- Evaluate candidate responses, interpret underlying cues, and identify core competencies, behaviors, and potential for success, ensuring appropriate qualifications.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all candidate interactions in ICIMs, the ATS.
- Effectively communicate the company brand and job requirements to potential candidates.
- Balance screening calls with data entry and real time updates to candidate statuses.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine screening processes as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and respect during every interaction.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in phone based recruiting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
- Exceptional multitasking ability, managing a high volume of calls and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience with ICIMs (ATS) or similar platforms.
- Ability to assess candidates and gauge their responses effectively.
- Comfort with a structured, scripted approach while remaining adaptable based on individual candidate responses.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Previous experience recruiting for non traditional or specialized marketing roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and time management with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
