Senior Recruiter (Skilled Trades) Northeast Market

Masis Staffing is expanding its Northeast market and is hiring a Senior Recruiter (Skilled Trades) to lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and related roles. This hybrid position in Worcester, MA focuses on building recruiting strategies, developing talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet workforce needs.

Role Overview

You will own end-to-end recruiting across multiple operational areas, with an emphasis on skilled trades in commercial environments and related industrial functions. The role also includes tracking recruiting performance and refining approaches based on current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruiting strategies to grow the Skilled Trades Division across the Northeast.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades roles in commercial environments.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles in manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions in warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing, networking, referrals, and market outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and support a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity and results, adjusting tactics based on market conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter (or equivalent), including success in high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and the skills required in today’s growing industrial market.
• Working knowledge of skilled trades profiles in commercial settings.
• Familiarity recruiting for warehouse and logistics roles.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to build new programs and processes.

Compensation and Employment Type

• Salary: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
