Human Resources Manager

Sen Plex Corporation is seeking a seasoned human resources professional to join onsite in Honolulu as a Human Resources Manager. The role centers on recruiting, benefits administration, and employee engagement to support a growing team on Oahu. The position offers a salary in the range of $65,000 to $70,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree along with at least three years of HR experience, with residency on Oahu and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across social media, direct advertising, job boards, career fairs, and campus partnerships to attract candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft accurate job postings that reflect needs and desirable qualifications.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present recommended candidates for open roles.
• Manage benefits communications and enrollment accuracy, review monthly invoices, and support the annual open enrollment event.
• Maintain proper administration and recordkeeping for FMLA, workers' compensation, and state disability programs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, answer employee questions, and ensure consistent interpretation of guidelines.
• Engage in activities that reinforce company culture and core values.
• Handle a broad mix of administrative duties, ranging from routine tasks to complex projects.
• Protect the confidentiality of personal information and minimize exposure or risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Three to five years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
• Familiarity with HR compliance and employment law
• Experience with employee benefits and administration
• Judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking abilities
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Capable of working independently across a broad range of tasks
• Residency on Oahu and eligible to work in the United States
