Job Description

Converging Health is seeking a detail oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR activities in a hybrid Dallas, TX environment.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment by coordinating campus events, posting roles, and screening applicants.
Oversee the hiring process, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
Create and manage employee training programs to boost performance and productivity.
Leverage HR software to administer HR processes.
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and communicating plan details.
Support onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth new-hire integration.
Draft and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in line with organizational standards.
Analyze HR metrics and trends and report insights to guide organizational decisions.
Partner with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Foster strong relationships with staff, management, and external partners.
Provide administrative support to management, answering HR inquiries and organizing HR documents.
Support IT related tasks as needed, including troubleshooting Microsoft Office issues.
Coordinate with the internal IT team to resolve laptop issues and prepare equipment for new hires.

Requirements

Experience in HR administration focusing on employee relations, compliance, and benefits.
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience using HR software and payroll tools.
Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Office apps, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Skilled at interviewing candidates and evaluating qualification and fit.
Experience in campus recruitment and talent management.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
