Responsibilities

Requirements

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Two or more years of experience in recruiting, human resources, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another HRIS is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking to groups and representing the company at public events.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Positive, outgoing, and passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate and employee experience.
Travel willingness: 50% of the time is required.

Requirements

Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in human resource management, or with specialization in management that included coursework in personnel administration and industrial relations.
Experience: Four (4) years of responsible professional work experience in one or more specialized areas of human resource management, of which one (1) year shall have been in an education program agency or system.
Knowledge: Personnel administration; leadership and group dynamics; organizational change and effectiveness; labor relations; business statistics; and laws, rules, regulations, and administrative procedures pertinent to the area(s) of assignment.
Ability: Provide analytical and technical services in human resource management; communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing; operate computers and other business machines.
