Human Resources Manager

Moore Water and Air seeks an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to lead and scale HR across 13 locations in Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership across 13 locations and approximately 500 employees
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and deliver leadership coaching
• Support multi-state compliance efforts focused on risk mitigation
• Build and strengthen HR structure, accountability, and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with leadership and collaborate with field teams to support day-to-day HR needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• SHRM Certified (SHRM Certified Professional)
• Multi-state compliance knowledge
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring and fast-paced operations
• Ability to work directly with field leaders and teams
• Trades / construction / home services experience is preferred
• Proven ability to implement structure while avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy

Salary

• USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year
