Onsite Staffing Representative / Recruiter
Job Description
Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Onsite Staffing Representative / Recruiter for a full-time, contract role based in Pico Rivera, CA. This onsite position offers an hourly rate of $22 to $24 (DOE) and set hours of 10:00am to 7:30pm, with the flexibility to work flexible hours as needed. The role is designed for recruiters who enjoy hands-on staffing work, partnering closely with hiring managers, and keeping candidate pipelines organized.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and select qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews as part of the hiring process
- Manage the hiring process from sourcing through selection
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Attend job fairs to support recruiting efforts
- Maintain and update candidate databases
Requirements
- Recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing skills
- Strong candidate screening and selection abilities
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience with payroll
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Reliable transportation required for onsite work
- Detail-oriented approach
