Recruiter

Operation Support Inc is seeking a Recruiter to support staffing needs in City of Industry, CA through end-to-end talent acquisition. This onsite role focuses on connecting qualified candidates with opportunities by managing recruiting activity, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate recruiting records.

Role Overview

In this position, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through onboarding, while helping the organization grow by building a reliable pipeline of candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop job postings, and ensure candidates receive timely, organized communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help develop effective job postings
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition data
• Build and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and future openings
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams
• Assist with offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-employment processes

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; 1-3 years is preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed and other job search channels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
