People Operations Partner
Job Description
The People Operations Partner role at Integrated Openings Solutions is an on-site position in Naples, FL that partners with organizational leaders to support employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and internal communications, with regular travel within the region.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers and staff on employee relations topics, covering performance management, goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching conversations, corrective actions and documentation, one-on-one meeting practices, and helping leaders address concerns to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the People Operations inbox.
- Uphold consistent application of HR policies and employment practices across the organization.
- Act as a benefits resource for employees, answering questions about benefits.
- Refer employees to suitable benefits resources and external support providers as needed.
- Assist with benefits communications and employee education programs.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to address benefits issues.
- Handle payroll inquiries from managers and staff.
- Coordinate and process approved pay adjustments.
- Work with payroll stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate resolution of payroll concerns.
- Support onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
- Coordinate offboarding activities, including separation documentation and communications.
- Help maintain onboarding and offboarding procedures and resources.
- Assist the Director of People Operations in coordinating company-wide and division-level communications.
- Support planning and execution of Company Town Halls and Division Town Halls.
- Help ensure timely and engaging organizational updates reach employees.
- Assist with company-wide employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Coordinate quarterly and annual recognition and awards programs.
- Support initiatives that strengthen culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist with pre-close integration planning, including onboarding materials, offer letters, organizational documentation, and transition readiness activities.
- Coordinate Day One and Week One onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into organizational policies, benefits, systems, and culture.
- Collaborate with leaders to execute employee communications, change management, and workforce integration during acquisitions.
- Provide ongoing support to acquired employees and leaders to boost engagement, retention, and long-term integration into the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, employment policies, and workforce support programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting organizational change, acquisitions, onboarding, or workforce integration initiatives is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/People Operations systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent to other offices and acquired company locations.
