Recruiter

Denis Development Coaching Services is seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Recruiter in Indianapolis to support hiring needs and develop a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers, and Small & Midsized Business Owners to proactively identify, promote, and fulfill hiring needs.
• Source and qualify candidates using multiple channels, including social media and employment websites.
• Support end-to-end candidate attraction, hiring, and retention to ensure the company attracts and keeps qualified talent while building long-term pipeline strength.
• Complete daily leads, training, and coaching activities; growth opportunities are available as performance develops.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded.
• Dedicated and able to maintain persistence, with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable cold calling candidates and C-suite executives seeking top talent.
• Prior sales and customer service experience.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
