Talent Acquisition Specialist

Denis Development Coaching Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to help organizations find top candidates through proactive recruiting and pipeline building.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers, and Small & Midsized Business Owners to identify hiring needs and support fulfillment
• Promote open roles and assist in matching candidate qualifications to current hiring requirements
• Use a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and employment websites
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive recruiting activities
• Ensure hiring outcomes that support attracting, hiring, and retaining qualified candidates
• Conduct cold calls to candidates and C-Suite executives who are seeking top talent

• Sales and customer service experience
