Job Description

Advance recruiting and onboarding within a healthcare environment as an onsite Staffing Partner in Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to confirm the best fit for approved openings
  • Source qualified candidates for open roles using traditional and non-traditional channels
  • Support community networking by attending events and identifying potential candidates
  • Screen resumes in the HRIS, schedule and conduct pre-screen interviews with hiring managers, and provide hiring recommendations
  • Submit required posting paperwork for open positions (RFS, questionnaires, and related materials)
  • Post and maintain job listings in the Applicant Tracking System and on external job boards as needed
  • Process resumes and applications in a timely manner and verify applicants meet minimum basic requirements
  • Process PIs for potential applicants
  • Ensure recruitment testing is completed and passed
  • Research and implement additional advertising sources for job openings
  • Maintain employee personnel and medical files to meet employment laws, AHCA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate pre-employment testing: instruct candidates, follow up for completion, perform required background checks, and confirm all signed forms and received documents
  • Notify state and other agencies as required and complete follow-up as needed
  • Maintain I-9 documentation and follow up as needed
  • Complete credentialing for Accushield and other agencies as necessary
  • Maintain the New Hire Audit Log and follow up with employees and managers regarding new hire paperwork
  • Assess staffing needs, evaluate options, and participate in making job offers
  • Maintain awareness of legal requirements and government reporting rules affecting HR functions
  • Assist with other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in full cycle clinical recruiting
  • Associate’s degree (business preferred or related field)
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (required)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (required)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to present information to top management and/or boards of directors
  • Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Location: Naples, FL (onsite)

Salary: USD 54,000 - 65,000 per yearly

Education: Associate’s degree

Required: 2-4 years experience in full cycle clinical recruiting

Job Summary: Under the general direction of the HR Payroll Manager, the Staffing Partner fills job openings with qualified/professional individuals and assists with other HR functions, including full-cycle clinical recruiting, onboarding, personnel/medical file maintenance, and compliance-related tasks.
