Recruiting Business Partner, AWS Infrastructure Services

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing stakeholder expectations through ROI awareness
• Recruit passive tech candidates and assess role fit by gauging chemistry and motivation rather than selling a role
• Provide strategic guidance and act as a trusted advisor on technical and non-technical hiring to deliver results
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate both technical and non-technical talent pools, executing robust search strategies and calibrating job profiles with hiring managers
• Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that support long-term growth, implementing new processes and refining standard recruiting practices
• Capture a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification
• Participate in or lead special projects and initiatives, evaluating interview practices, leveraging internal talent, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings
