Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruiter to help develop and improve candidate pipeline strategies for Korn Ferry RPO and Project clients. This role is based in Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas and will require commuting to the Dallas area, with potential for hybrid work in the future.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with workforce plans while understanding client recruitment needs
- Determine appropriate sourcing channels and develop strategies to attract candidates who meet client requirements
- Define, design, and support implementation of sourcing strategies that build talent pools for specific candidate profiles
- Develop and optimize a range of sourcing channels to improve both the quantity and quality of client talent pools
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes
- Support clients in defining and strengthening an employee value proposition and integrate it into the sourcing strategy framework
- Source, secure, and leverage relevant media and communication channels
- Ensure candidate relationship management strategies are created and used by the sourcing team to build relationships within the passive candidate community
- Define and lead client sourcing strategy frameworks, including competitive intelligence gathering, research into competing companies, development of targeted sourcing environments, and creation of talent maps
- Collaborate with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information to support effective searches
- Provide responsive and proactive customer service through telephone and e-mail
- Offer support, advice, and coaching to team members
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience; preferred experience includes recruiting for data center or skilled trades
- 3+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping, recruitment strategies, and Boolean searches
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
- 3+ years client-facing experience, including interaction with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
- 3+ years experience conducting competency or behavioral-based interviews
- High School Diploma
