Regional Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Consigli Construction is hiring a Regional Human Resources Manager to deliver day-to-day HR operations support across multiple offices in Milford, MA (onsite). In this salary/exempt, full-time role, you will partner closely with regional leadership and office managers while focusing on employee engagement, performance management, culture and recognition, onboarding, and HR operations. The position reports to the Director of HR Operations and provides HR guidance without supervisory duties.
What you’ll do
- Act as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and office managers, providing guidance on human resources matters.
- Oversee and support consistent day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations, aligning processes to company policies and legal requirements.
- Lead regional employee engagement efforts, including culture-building activities, employee recognition programs, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience across locations.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support investigations and help resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with the central HR team.
- Collaborate on regional training program development and rollout to support leadership and employee development.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and employee records in line with internal procedures and applicable laws.
- Partner with other HR team members to streamline processes, improve systems, and implement HR initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Creative and analytical multitasker who can prioritize and execute multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, seeking guidance when necessary.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
