Training Entry Level Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Job Description
Join EDS Service Solutions in Fort Lauderdale, FL as an entry-level recruiter focused on bilingual hiring and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting workflow using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screen and interview candidates, assess fit, and provide recommendations for hiring decisions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support recruitment best practices
- Oversee training and development programs for employees across levels
- Design and deliver training sessions covering topics such as:
- Communication skills
- Leadership development
- Performance management
- Support creation of employee engagement initiatives to strengthen work culture
- Visit job sites to distribute recruiting materials and engage potential candidates
- Coordinate with local Operations Teams to identify recruitment locations across the area
- Meet with branch managers to support staffing meetings
- Travel out of state as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (English/Spanish)
- Ability to travel out of state when necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft/Word
- Relationship management abilities
- Employee relations expertise
- Interviewing skills
- Knowledge of internal recruiting processes
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Understanding of employment labor law

Compensation
- $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Training period: 8 weeks to start
- Initial base salary during/after training performance: $45,000 - $50,000 (based on training performance)
