Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role at Jupiter Medical Center is an onsite position in Jupiter, FL, focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while collaborating with HR and department leadership to design recruiting plans and optimize the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Establish productive working relationships with peers on the talent acquisition team.
Lead the development of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open role.
Utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates.
Build and nurture networks to locate qualified prospects.
Maintain ongoing contact with potential future candidates.
Research and propose new sources for both active and passive candidate recruiting.
Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with managers to gauge the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation.
Present ideas to enhance recruiting strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
Educate the HR team and operational leaders on the latest and most effective recruitment modalities.
Participate in and host recruitment events as needed.
Act as a process improvement steward to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Provide market and professional recruiting expertise to HR and business partners.
Assist with onboarding facilitation and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
Contribute ideas and support to recruiting efforts to help Jupiter Medical Center meet organizational goals.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
Promote Jupiter Medical Center’s culture, values, and brand, articulating why candidates should choose the organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

One year of recruiting experience required, with healthcare experience.
One year of direct sourcing experience, including cold calling and social media.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as turnover, vacancy rates, and time to fill.

Senior HR Manager position at Confidental Company in Jupiter, FL, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment cycle from posting openings to onboarding, ensuring efficiency for hourly and salaried roles across multiple departments.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and design strategies to attract top ecommerce talent.
Design and manage onboarding programs, confirm completion of all documentation and training, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
Develop and oversee employee training initiatives and ongoing learning aligned with business goals, covering safety, discrimination, and harassment prevention.
Administer performance management processes, partner with managers to deliver fair evaluations, coaching, and support for growth.
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs, coordinating with third party vendors to provide health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies, staying current on regulatory changes and applying Florida and federal guidelines.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in an HR management role.

3+ years of onboarding and offboarding experience, with development of training programs for new hires and hiring managers.
3+ years using and managing HRIS or PEO software for payroll, records management, and employee data.
Proven ability to design, implement, and operate HR policies across payroll, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Experience managing third party vendors for employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans, with prompt issue resolution.
Skilled at creating and adjusting compensation structures to ensure fair and timely pay in compliance with laws.
Experience handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and exits, ensuring smooth offboarding.
Ability to review, draft, and negotiate employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR related legal documents.
Experience in ecommerce or similarly fast paced environments, working with department managers to support talent acquisition and business goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
Willingness to work on-site near Jupiter, FL or have a solid relocation plan in place.
