Senior Human Resources Manager

Senior HR Manager position at Confidental Company in Jupiter, FL, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from posting openings to onboarding, ensuring efficiency for hourly and salaried roles across multiple departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and design strategies to attract top ecommerce talent.
- Design and manage onboarding programs, confirm completion of all documentation and training, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
- Develop and oversee employee training initiatives and ongoing learning aligned with business goals, covering safety, discrimination, and harassment prevention.
- Administer performance management processes, partner with managers to deliver fair evaluations, coaching, and support for growth.
- Manage compensation structures and benefits programs, coordinating with third party vendors to provide health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies, staying current on regulatory changes and applying Florida and federal guidelines.
- Address sensitive employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and offboarding, guiding exits and separation meetings.
- Generate HR metrics and reports from the HRIS to inform leadership on recruitment costs, engagement, and retention efforts.
- Review and draft employment contracts, non disclosure agreements, and other HR documents to ensure policy and legal alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR management role.
- 3+ years leading the hiring process, including recruiting for hourly roles and collaborating with managers.
- 3+ years of onboarding and offboarding experience, with development of training programs for new hires and hiring managers.
- 3+ years using and managing HRIS or PEO software for payroll, records management, and employee data.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and operate HR policies across payroll, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Experience managing third party vendors for employee benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans, with prompt issue resolution.
- Skilled at creating and adjusting compensation structures to ensure fair and timely pay in compliance with laws.
- Experience handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and exits, ensuring smooth offboarding.
- Ability to review, draft, and negotiate employment contracts, NDAs, and other HR related legal documents.
- Experience in ecommerce or similarly fast paced environments, working with department managers to support talent acquisition and business goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Willingness to work on-site near Jupiter, FL or have a solid relocation plan in place.
