Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter role at Jupiter Medical Center is an onsite position in Jupiter, FL, focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while collaborating with HR and department leadership to design recruiting plans and optimize the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Establish productive working relationships with peers on the talent acquisition team.
- Lead the development of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open role.
- Utilize social and professional networks to identify and source candidates.
- Build and nurture networks to locate qualified prospects.
- Maintain ongoing contact with potential future candidates.
- Research and propose new sources for both active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with managers to gauge the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation.
- Present ideas to enhance recruiting strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate the HR team and operational leaders on the latest and most effective recruitment modalities.
- Participate in and host recruitment events as needed.
- Act as a process improvement steward to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Provide market and professional recruiting expertise to HR and business partners.
- Assist with onboarding facilitation and scheduling of new hire orientation sessions.
- Contribute ideas and support to recruiting efforts to help Jupiter Medical Center meet organizational goals.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with candidates and department leadership.
- Promote Jupiter Medical Center’s culture, values, and brand, articulating why candidates should choose the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One year of recruiting experience required, with healthcare experience.
- One year of direct sourcing experience, including cold calling and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics such as turnover, vacancy rates, and time to fill.

Physical Requirements
- Requires sitting for long periods, with possible stooping, bending, standing, and stretching.

- Ability to push/pull up to 40 lbs and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
Threshold Requirements
- Annual Joint Commission mandatory education requirements, in-service and health requirements including attendance at new employee orientation.
- TB/PPD Surveillance Program compliance.
- Maintenance of required professional licensing and/or certifications.
