Job Description

Anistar Technologies is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across office and field employees in New Albany, OH (onsite).

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR resource for assigned locations, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, compliance, and workplace concerns.
Work with operational leaders on performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, transfers, and workforce planning.
Own onboarding activities including new hire orientation, ensuring documentation completion, and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
Support employee engagement, retention, team development initiatives, and workplace culture programs.
Coordinate training, coaching, and leadership development programs to strengthen management effectiveness and employee growth.
Assist with benefits communication, leave administration, open enrollment, and employee support inquiries.
Monitor adherence to applicable employment laws, company policies, and workplace requirements.
Track HR metrics, produce workforce-related reports, and recommend process improvements.
Facilitate performance review cycles, employee feedback programs, and career development initiatives.
Attend leadership meetings and collaborate on strategic people-focused objectives.
Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure timely follow-up on employee and management requests.
Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).
Prior HR experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or field-based operations environments.
Valid driver’s license required.
Must be able to pass drug and background checks.

This hybrid role collaborates closely with facility leadership to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level operational positions, delivering a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role offers a salary range of USD 110,000 - 125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end process for fulfillment, logistics, and high-volume operations roles; source, screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Onsite Collaboration: Work daily with Fulfillment Center supervisors and Pharmacy team leads to understand immediate hiring needs, provide updates, and coordinate onsite interview loops
Pipeline Innovation: Actively source passive talent and build diverse pipelines in the Columbus, OH area through localized networking, community partnerships, and grassroots recruiting

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with experience managing fast-paced or high-volume requisitions
Industry Background: Proven success recruiting in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics environments is highly preferred
Candidate-Obsessed Mindset: A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate journey from first touch to first day on the job
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities
Tools: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (examples include Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday) and standard sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, etc.)
Location: Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity each week at the New Albany facility to maintain a close partnership with pharmacy leadership
