Human Resources Generalist

Anistar Technologies is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across office and field employees in New Albany, OH (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR resource for assigned locations, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, compliance, and workplace concerns.
• Work with operational leaders on performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, transfers, and workforce planning.
• Own onboarding activities including new hire orientation, ensuring documentation completion, and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
• Support employee engagement, retention, team development initiatives, and workplace culture programs.
• Coordinate training, coaching, and leadership development programs to strengthen management effectiveness and employee growth.
• Assist with benefits communication, leave administration, open enrollment, and employee support inquiries.
• Monitor adherence to applicable employment laws, company policies, and workplace requirements.
• Track HR metrics, produce workforce-related reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate performance review cycles, employee feedback programs, and career development initiatives.
• Attend leadership meetings and collaborate on strategic people-focused objectives.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure timely follow-up on employee and management requests.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).
• Prior HR experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or field-based operations environments.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to pass drug and background checks.
