Full time Application Tracking System Candidate Experience Candidate Pipeline

Recruiting Coordinator position at RJ Schinner Co, onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Review and process requisition forms in coordination with department managers and HR team
Post job openings on internal systems (e.g., ADP) and external job boards
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume, hourly roles
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple shifts or facility locations
Support HR Generalists in extending offers of employment and coordinating background checks
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HR shared drive
Support employment branding initiatives, including monitoring reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
Assist in the coordination of hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting campaigns
Partner with leadership for regular workforce planning and talent discussions
Generate and maintain Basic Recruitment Reports
Other duties as assigned

Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-focused mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably ADP
Familiarity with employment law related to recruitment (i.e., EEOC)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
Forward-thinking problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, on-site

Consistent and timely execution of all core responsibilities
Responsive communication with employees, candidates, and hiring managers
Compliance with all hiring-related federal, state, and local employment regulations

Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience and training considered.
