Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers across Southern New Mexico facilities and clinics.
- Design and execute sourcing plans to attract top clinical talent, including direct outreach, networking, and participation in recruitment events.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with residency and fellowship programs, medical staff leaders, and community partners.
- Screen candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews.
- Manage travel logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and define candidate profiles.
- Track recruitment metrics and report progress.
- Document activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
- Represent the organization at recruitment conferences, job fairs, residency events, and community engagement functions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
