Associate Recruiter

This Associate Recruiter role supports West Shore Home's regional hiring efforts onsite in Harrisburg, PA, handling end-to-end candidate lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned recruiting tasks for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support segments within Regional Recruiting.
• Manage the entire candidate life cycle from source to hire.
• Review resumes to identify strong potential matches.
• Conduct phone screens to assess alignment with role requirements.
• Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System.
• Schedule interviews for qualified applicants with hiring managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Aim to meet KPI targets set by the Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent to sustain required headcount.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven success operating in a metrics-driven environment.
