Associate Recruiter

West Shore Home is seeking an Associate Recruiter to strengthen its Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. In this onsite role in Mechanicsburg, PA, you will help move candidates through the full hiring journey while partnering closely with hiring managers to support screening, interviews, and selection of qualified talent.

This position focuses on ensuring an organized, positive candidate experience from application through offer, with support from the Predictive Index platform for assessments and structured coordination across stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates
• Administer candidate assessments using the Predictive Index system
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to collect feedback and refine candidate screening
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and work toward established performance goals

Compensation and Schedule

• Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: Competitive hourly compensation
