Talent Recruiter

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Talent Recruiter to support front-line hiring across assigned communities in the United States. In this onsite role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to run full-cycle, high-volume recruiting while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and meeting regulatory and company hiring standards.

This position focuses on building strong recruiting pipelines and improving how talent is sourced, screened, and coordinated for community roles. You will also track recruiting outcomes to support ongoing process improvements and help strengthen Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume community roles
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and pipeline strategy
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, outreach, and hiring events
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines
• Coordinate interviews and support selection decisions
• Ensure hiring practices comply with EEO and state hiring regulations
• Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support Sunrise’s employer brand in local markets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency, or healthcare/senior living environment
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing background, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment platforms
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable approach to hiring challenges
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and priorities

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: USD 64,360 to 80,450 per year.
