Bilingual Recruiter-Placement

This onsite, Jefferson, WI based role is permanent, full-time, with a first shift schedule of 40 to 45 hours per week, reporting to the Branch Manager. The Recruiter will source, interview, and place associate employees with local businesses, conduct client and employee check-ins, and strive for high customer satisfaction throughout the placement process.

Responsibilities

• Use databases, networking, online recruiting tools, cold outreach, media, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and associates to keep them informed
• Conduct interviews with candidates and complete all required background checks
• Assist with payroll issues by contacting clients and coordinating with employees to correct hours
• Provide coaching and counseling to associates to support job performance and satisfaction
• Document applicant and client information accurately
• Make first-day arrival calls and conduct weekly check-in calls with temporary staff
• Adhere to company and local branch best practices to achieve goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience; staffing industry experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and auto insurance
• High School diploma or GED preferred
