Client Human Resources Business Partner

ADP is hiring a Client Human Resources Business Partner/Client Human Resources Consultant to support the Greater Boston area. This hybrid role blends HR expertise and ADP product knowledge to help clients address complex issues, communicate clearly, and adopt best practices. Location: Boston, MA (hybrid)
Compensation: USD $69,300 - $129,200 per year
Experience: 5+ years

What You’ll Do

• Act as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products and technologies.
• Work through client problems using a broad perspective to identify solutions.
• Resolve issues independently, while communicating clearly with clients to drive action.
• Proactively engage clients by providing information, sharing best practices, and supporting training on ADP solutions.
• Use interpersonal skills, HR knowledge, and ADP product expertise to communicate effectively and address client needs.
• Manage your day by setting priorities, organizing work, multi-tasking, adjusting to changing direction, and following up promptly.
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices to both ADP leadership and clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

Hybrid Work and Travel Expectations

• Follow a hybrid model (Remote/Field) that includes frequent client visits.
• Be able to travel for onsite team meetings and other business-related activities as needed.
• Reside in or near the greater Boston area, since the role requires regular travel within an assigned external client territory and book of business.

What You Bring

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with a proven ability to produce positive results.
• HR Certification or willingness to pursue it in the first year.
