Client Human Resources Business Partner

ADP is hiring a Client Human Resources Business Partner to support clients across the Greater Boston area as a trusted HR advisor. In this hybrid role (Remote/Field), you will use ADP product expertise and strong HR knowledge to resolve complex issues, share best practices, and help clients get more from ADP solutions. What you’ll do

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products and technologies.
• Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify practical solutions.
• Work independently to resolve issues and provide prompt follow-up.
• Proactively work with clients by sharing information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Use strong interpersonal skills along with HR and ADP product knowledge to communicate clearly and resolve issues.
• Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, adapt to changing direction, and manage competing needs.
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.

• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients.

How this work fits your location

This position follows a hybrid work model (Remote/Field), requiring frequent client visits. Candidates must reside in or near the greater Boston area because the role involves regular travel within an assigned external client territory and book of business, including travel for onsite team meetings and other business-related activities as needed.

What you bring

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent practitioner experience in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• HR Certification or willingness to pursue certification in the first year.

Compensation and benefits

Salary: USD 69,300 - 129,200 per yearly. Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some roles may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws.
