Job Description

Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and staffing operations to support resident care at a nursing home.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for clinical and non clinical roles including CNAs, LPNs, RNs, dietary staff, housekeeping, and administrative personnel.
  • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with New Jersey and federal regulations.
  • Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and align hiring activities accordingly.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms to source qualified candidates.
  • Ensure the nursing department is adequately staffed with licensed personnel each day to remain compliant with state and federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience is preferred.
  • Long term care or nursing home experience strongly desired.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare compliance.
