Job Description

Direct and coordinate daily HR operations, spanning staffing, payroll, and policy compliance, while fostering a constructive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily HR operations and handle employee relations across the organization
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer benefits programs, leave management, and compensation processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support performance management, appraisals, and development initiatives
Partner with leadership on strategic projects and organizational planning
Provide HR reporting, metrics, and compliance documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience required
Prior experience in recruiting, employee relations, and payroll administration preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
