Human Resources Administrator
Job Description
Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc relies on a robust HR function to support field operations from Holliston. As an on-site Human Resources Administrator, you will manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, posting jobs, and maintaining data reports while collaborating on HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens, lead interviews, perform reference checks, and present offers to selected candidates
- Represent the company at career fairs and deliver presentations during high school visits
- Post openings on designated platforms to attract qualified applicants
- Maintain and update recruiting databases, processes, and procedures to align with evolving technology
- Prepare and share monthly HR reports focused on talent acquisition and new hire data
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and collaborate with other HR professionals on assigned projects
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills across phone, in person, and during presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Customer service skills
- HR related degree preferred
- Prior HR and/or talent management experience preferred
