Job Description

Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc relies on a robust HR function to support field operations from Holliston. As an on-site Human Resources Administrator, you will manage end-to-end recruiting activities, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, posting jobs, and maintaining data reports while collaborating on HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone screens, lead interviews, perform reference checks, and present offers to selected candidates
  • Represent the company at career fairs and deliver presentations during high school visits
  • Post openings on designated platforms to attract qualified applicants
  • Maintain and update recruiting databases, processes, and procedures to align with evolving technology
  • Prepare and share monthly HR reports focused on talent acquisition and new hire data
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and collaborate with other HR professionals on assigned projects

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills across phone, in person, and during presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Customer service skills
  • HR related degree preferred
  • Prior HR and/or talent management experience preferred
