Job Description

Trans 99 Logistics USA is hiring an independent contractor Contract Driver Field Recruiter to recruit CDL-A company drivers, teams, and owner-operators in Metro Detroit.

Responsibilities

Establish and grow a recruiting presence throughout Metro Detroit and the surrounding Michigan transportation market.
Build ongoing relationships with CDL-A solo drivers, teams, and owner-operators.
Recruit using referrals and multi-channel outreach, including: driver referrals, truck stops, industry contacts, social media, community relationships, events, local signage, and other creative channels.
Prospect independently and create a qualified driver pipeline.
Clearly communicate the Trans 99 driver opportunity to prospective drivers.
Pre-qualify candidates and guide them through your personalized Double Nickel links and QR codes.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Partner with the Recruiting Manager and a dedicated processor to move qualified applicants into hiring quickly.
Represent Trans 99 professionally across the Detroit trucking community.
Develop new recruiting ideas and channels tailored to the Michigan market.
Build a long-term referral network to generate additional candidates.

Requirements

Comfort working in the field, including starting conversations, building trust, asking for referrals, and closing candidates.
Existing relationships within the Detroit/Michigan trucking community are especially valuable.
Relevant recruiting and industry exposure such as:
- CDL driver recruiting
- Automotive transportation

Job Description

RAS Logistics offers an opportunity for an experienced Carrier Recruiter to help strengthen its logistics network in Detroit, MI with an onsite role and a salary range of $95,000 - $100,000/year.
