Human Resources Business Partner II - Business Partners

Christus Health is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner II to support effective people strategy within assigned operational areas in Alexandria, LA. This role blends local, day-to-day HR service delivery with partnership across teams to strengthen workforce outcomes, employee relations, and operational HR execution.

As a Business Partner, you will help deliver HR programs across recruitment, retention, development, performance management, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations, while using HR data and compliance standards to guide recommendations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data from HR activities, then develop recommendations for needed changes.
• Partner with managers and Associates to address HR issues and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements and alignment with company policy.
• Provide day-to-day, local HR services for matters that require in-person intervention.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services to deploy HR solutions across the market or region.
• Monitor Associate services delivered in the field and support culture and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements to help ensure the success of the HR Shared Service Center.
• Assist managers with HR activities including performance management, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) related activities, identifying training needs, and handling ad hoc requests.
• Collect and analyze data within the assigned functional area related to HR activities and compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements based on findings.

Requirements

• Associate Degree required
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
